Lambeth UNISON achieved a brilliant turn out in the pay consultation for 2022 with a 69% turn out. We voted by 80% to reject the pay offer. Lambeth UNISON’s Branch Committee encouraged members to reject the pay offer as it was below inflation and represented a pay cut to every member no matter which grade they were on.

The break down for turn out by directorate is below – every directorate got more than 50% turn out which is excellent! Many thanks to everyone who volunteered to help call members and encourage them to vote.
